General Information:  The attached menus are offered as a general guideline.  Our catering staff would be pleased to make available theme and gourmet menus or to prepare a custom-designed proposal tailored specifically to your needs.  All our catering prices are subject to appropriate state and local taxes and an 20% service charge.  There are no bartender fees, bar minimums, dance floor set-up fees or cake cutting fees.  Pictures are permitted in designated areas only.  Possible liability consequences prohibit meals to be taken off premise.  The Wedgewood is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.  Your gratuity is voluntary.

Weddings & Wedding Assistance:  We have indoor and outdoor spaces available for your wedding. We can provide complete assistance for every detail from photographers to wedding cake and floral design.  Entertainment services are available through us. All candles must be enclosed. For Saturday evening social functions over 150 persons, security services may be required at the discretion of the Wedgewood.

Payment Requirements: A contract will be issued at the time of booking.  Your space will be confirmed by a signed contract accompanied by a space reservation fee equivalent to 25% of the estimated charges.  The fee is non-refundable and will be credited to the final payment.  An additional 25% will be due 90 days in advance of your event.  All advance payments are forfeited if function is cancelled and "minimum" dollar amounts are not met.  If function is cancelled within 45 days of the event, the full amount of all estimated charges will be due to Wedgewood.  Minimum food purchases may be required on Saturdays and other designated days.  Full payment shall be made in advance of the function based on the guaranteed count.  All payments must be made in cash, single check, business check or credit card by the designated member of the group one week in advance of the function. Management must approve "Bill To" accounts in advance.

Labor Charges:  A $60.00 labor charge will be applicable for any food function less than 30 persons.  For groups of 20 or less, a $100.00 labor charge will be applied.

Guarantee:  We need your assistance in making your banquet a success.  Your attendance must be specified seven business days in advance.  This will be considered your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction, for which you will be charged should less attend.  If your guest count exceeds 5% over the guaranteed count, a charge of 1-1/2 times the meal price may be applied for each additional guest. Golf tournaments must guarantee 80% of tournament participants.

Audio-Visual Services:  One microphone is provided per group.  VCR/TV, overhead projector, screen and additional microphone are available for rental.  An independent contractor provides any other audio-visual equipment.

Entertainment Services:  The Wedgewood Music and MC services are available for your listening and dancing pleasure.  Please refer to our brochure.  Piano is available at a nominal charge.  Contracted outside entertainment permitted with $150.00 insurance coverage cost and copyright costs.
