an Informal Ceremony includes:

area featuring a rose garden immediately
adjacent to the San Ramon Reception area
White Chairs
for your guests.
Elegant White Gazebo (you
may decorate or ask us to provide
decoration for you).
Music can be provided
through our Music Master/Disc Jockey.
Priority for guests
holding reception in banquet room.
Arrangements for "ceremony only" can be
arranged.
Cost: Can be
included in one of our five wedding
packages or $400 a la carte.
Regulations regarding use of
this area:
Golfers may be
teeing off on #1 or putting at #9 during
your ceremony. These areas are well
distanced from the ceremony site and we
will ask them before they arrive at the
tee to try to keep their conversations
to a minimum.
Your guests
must stay within the limits of
the Ceremony Area.
Pictures can be
taken in the function Area
Rose Garden or Willow Tree area.
Actual ceremony
should last no longer than 20-30
minutes unless prior arrangements have
been made.
Area has priority for
guests holding a reception in the
Wedgewood Wedding & Banquet Center at San Ramon Golf
Club. All others will need to make
special arrangements.
Rehearsal times
may be limited. (Ask
about having us direct your
rehearsal)
No rice,
birdseed, plant seed, silk flower petals or confetti
are allowed.
All
Prices subject to Applicable Taxes and
20% service charge. There is a $5.00 per
person premium charge added for any
Saturday Evening function. All pricing
subject to change without notice.
