Guidelines – Use of F&B order form.

Upon booking of the event, the tournament sales person is to send with the course contract the “GOLF GROUP ORDER SHEET” and the “Especially for Golfer Menu” to the event planner.

The tournament sales person should put in any tournament credit amount required or requested by the guest.

The event planner should fill in their request and fax, email, or send the “ORDER SHEET” to the Wedgewood.

The Wedgewood Catering Sales Coordinator will create a contract for the event and confirm the details with the event planner.

Any further changes to the F&B services will be conducted between the event planner and the Wedgewood catering sales department
