General Information:
Our menus are offered as a
general guideline. Our
catering staff would be pleased to
make available theme and gourmet
menus or prepare a
custom-designed proposal tailored
specifically to your needs.
All our catering prices are subject
to a 20% service charge and appropriate State
and Local Taxes.
There are no bartender fees, bar
minimums, dance floor set-up fees
or cake cutting fees with our packages.
Pictures are permitted in
designated areas only.
Possible liability consequences
prohibit meals to be taken off
premise. The Wedgewood is not
responsible for lost or stolen
articles. Your gratuity is
voluntary.
Weddings & Wedding Assistance:
We have indoor and outdoor spaces
available for your wedding. Our packages
include many services, from invitations,
music and MC services, wedding cake and floral design
to ministry services. We can provide
assistance for other services as well.
Please no confetti, rice, birdseed, plant
seed or silk flowers. All candles must
be enclosed and pre-approved for safety. For Saturday
evening social functions over 150
persons, security services will be
required through Wedgewood.
Payment Requirements: A
contract will be issued at the time
of booking. Your space will
be confirmed by a signed contract
accompanied by a space reservation
fee equivalent to 25% of the total
estimated charges. The fee is
non-refundable and non-transferable and will be credited
to the final payment. An
additional 25% will be due 90 days
in advance of your event. All
advance payments are fully forfeited if
function is cancelled or if "minimum"
dollar amounts are not met and additional
accommodations are not agreed upon.
If function is cancelled within 45
days of the event, the full amount
of all estimated charges will be
due to Wedgewood. Minimum
purchases may be required on
Saturdays and other designated
days. Full payment shall be
made by cash, money order, certified check or
credit card by the designated member of the
group ten days in advance of the function
based on the guaranteed number of people. Management
must approve "Bill to" accounts in
advance.
Labor Charges: A
$100.00 labor charge will be applicable for
any food function less than 30 persons.
Guarantee: We need
your assistance in making your
banquet a success. Your
attendance must be specified ten
business days in advance.
This will be considered your
minimum guarantee, not subject to
reduction, for which you will be
charged should less attend.
If your guest count exceeds 5% over
the guaranteed count, a charge of
1-1/2 times the price per person may be
applied for each additional guest.
Golf tournaments must guarantee a minimum of 80%
of tournament participants.
Audio-Visual Services:
One microphone is provided per
group. VCR/TV, screen, overhead
projector are available for
rental. Any other audio-visual
equipment is provided by an independent
contractor.
Entertainment Services:
The Wedgewood Disk Jockey is available for
your listening and dancing pleasure.
Contracted outside entertainment
permitted with $150.00 insurance
coverage cost and copyright costs.
